Behavioral Trainers who have experienced and are aware of the subtle effects of socialization, social exchange and influence know the techniques on how to make use of human nature, such as Chameleon Effect.  Physical set-up, initiating experiential activities, leveraging peer pressure, training or learning atmosphere are all used wisely to facilitate change.

To most people and organizations,  they have difficulties in managing change. However like personal changes, organizational changes could go sweet. Chameleon effect is  a phenomenon that can be utilized so people can positively  drive corporate and organizational changes.

QUICK TIP: If you want to become a better person, employee or leader, make chameleon effect work at your advantage. Surround yourself with people whom you admire to have the behaviors and the thoughts of your idealized image. Works pretty fast when you have like-minded people.
